Pearl Duncan is writing a new book about using DNA, genealogy, family nicknames, folklore, and DNA to trace her ancestors to specific families on three continents. She traced ancestors to medieval times, as far back as Africa, Europe, and the American Colonies in the 1600's. She is in touch with their modern-day descendants. Her book-in-progress is tentatively titled, "DNA Dawns Roots, Trunks, Branches and Leaves for Modern Folks with Secret Ancestors."
